Webfoot Sites is a small home-based venture providing low-cost or free web development services for "starving artists" and the like. Many artists are struggling, and lack the resources -- financial, technical or otherwise -- to fully utilize the inherent advantages of the internet. We feel that they deserve the media and communication benefits of this utility as much as any other creative entity.
